Please note that our services are designed exclusively for fiction authors, including writers of romance, fantasy, and more. At this time, we are unable to work with children's books and non-fiction projects such as poems or memoirs.

We strictly DO NOT work with authors who use AI in any aspect of their books, including the writing, cover design, character art etc.

  • Please get in touch and I can take a look at my diary. I do have spaces available and can be quite flexible.

  • Although my services are primarily aimed towards indie authors, I’m more than happy to work with hybrid and traditionally published authors too!

  • No, all packages are provided on a monthly retainer and billed on the first of each month to secure your slot and schedule for the month ahead.

    Should you wish to cancel your package or upgrade / downgrade to another, you must provide at least two weeks notice before the end of the next billed month.

  • If there is a service that you need and it is within my capabilities, please do reach out. My hours are billed at £20 for 1 hour of work and £15 for each subsequent hour. Payment must be made upfront.

  • The promotional services provided by Whimsy Words are intended to enhance the Author’s visibility, expand reader reach, and encourage engagement and book reviews. While these efforts are designed to improve overall exposure and awareness of the Author’s work, Whimsy Words makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any specific increase in book sales, revenue, or financial performance as a result of these services.

    Results may vary depending on external factors beyond Whimsy Words control, including market conditions, platform changes, reader interest, genre trends, and the Author’s independent marketing efforts.
